He is an information System Auditor (DISA) qualification awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors (Florida â€“ USA). He is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from The Information System audit and Control Association, Inc, USA. He completed Valuation course duly approved and conducted by ICAI.

His areas of specialization are Bank Audits, Business process reengineering projects, Management consultancy, Internal Audits, Valuations, GAAP conversions, Information system Audit and ERP implementation.

He assisted Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for review and modification of CARO, various Standards on auditing and as group member for FRRB.

He is member of steering committee of many public limited companies implementing SAP.

He has in-depth knowledge of the trends and practices in the Banking Industry.

AJAY RASTOGI

Mr. Ajay Rastogi, B.Com (H), FCA is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1986 (rank holder). He is a Delhi University Topper.

He assisted Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for preparing â€œGuidance note on audit of Life Insurance Businessâ€. Presently a member of the â€œPeer Review Boardâ€ constituted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to maintain Professional quality standards in India.
